Trauma Recovery Offerings

Healing at the Intersection of Identity & Nervous System

Our trauma recovery services are designed to support the unique ways trauma lives in queer bodies and minds, honoring both individual identity and nervous system regulation. We offer integrative approaches that reconnect you to safety, agency, and self-trust. Healing begins where your story and biology meet.

Attachment Models

Attachment models help unwind deeply held survival patterns shaped by relational trauma. Together, we explore your story with curiosity, not blame. It’s a powerful approach for folks ready to move beyond survival and into a life that feels truly their own.

EMDR

EMDR helps process stuck memories, traumas, and emotional echoes — from the sudden to the subtle. We use EMDR with care and attunement, especially for queer clients navigating identity-based trauma and grief.

Polyvagal-Informed

Learn to understand your nervous system and its responses—not as flaws, but as wisdom. Polyvagal work helps queer and trans folks build internal safety in a world that often feels unsafe. We’ll track patterns, find regulation anchors, and build capacity for joy.

Somatic Approaches

Trauma lives in the body. Through somatic approaches, we gently track sensations, release stored survival energy, and build safety in your nervous system. This is bodywork through presence, not pressure.

Trauma Integration

Our work offers a structured but soft space to explore and heal childhood wounds, attachment trauma, and dissociation. This is a place to reclaim your body, your timeline, and your truth.

Relational Cultural Therapy

Trauma fractures connection with ourselves, others, and the world. We rebuild trust, foster mutual empathy, and create spaces where healing relationships can take root. This is repair through belonging, not isolation.
