  2. Cognitive Defusion – learning to see thoughts as thoughts, not absolute truths.

  3. Contact with the Present Moment – practicing mindfulness to anchor yourself.

  4. Self-as-Context – cultivating a sense of self that is flexible, expansive, and resilient.

  5. Values – identifying what matters most to you.

  6. Committed Action – taking steps toward those values, even when life feels overwhelming.
