Sometimes, you need a space that’s yours alone—free from judgment, expectations, or performance. Whether you’re processing grief, anxiety, life transitions, or simply looking to deepen your self-understanding, we walk beside you.
Individual therapy is a one-on-one process of care. You meet with a therapist in a confidential space to explore what’s present in your life—grief, anxiety, identity, relationships, or trauma. At Velvet & Vine, therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about curiosity, care, and co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
We begin by building safety. From there, we can explore patterns, emotions, and memories without judgment. We help you identify coping strategies, reconnect with your body, and cultivate inner resources.

We do not believe your suffering needs to be “severe enough” to deserve support. If something is causing distress, we take it seriously.
